Replacement
If a product arrived damaged or not as items ordered, pleasecontact us at info@Curalive.com. You may need to submit video or photos asproof and sometimes file sizes may be large. You can also message us viaFacebook and Instagram to share with us the proof.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since yourproduct arrival (against parcel tracking), unfortunately we can’t offer you arefund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us at info@Curalive.com to obtain areturn number. Return without prior emails will not be accepted.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that youreceived it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds aregranted:
- Productwith obvious signs of use
- Anyitem not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts forreasons not due to our error
- Anyitem that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within tonotify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you ofthe approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping Fee
You are responsible for the return shipping fee, arrangingthe shipping logistics, and preparing the shipping label—unless the itemarrives defective or damaged.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or notcorrect, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for thisreason.

Return Authorization Required
All eligible returns must contact our customer service toobtain a return authorization number before shipping. Returns without priorauthorization will not be accepted.
Cancel Order
We accept order cancellation within 12 hours of orderconfirmation by email. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
